KIT INFORMATION

This is outlined on the product page, and depends on how you decide to configure your DIY Kit.

The rocker tables are only suitable to the frame kit they are purchased with. They are essentially a bottom mold matching the rocker and concaves.

We’ve tried to make our kits only require a basic set of tools. Some things you will need are;

– razor knife
– saw
– scissors
– masking tape
– spring clamps & strong rubber bands
– sandpaper
– an iron
– polyurethane glue and CA glue with an activator

Of course, the more tools you have the easier some steps will be.

You can use any kind of timber you desire, but we recommend using a lightweight timber like Paulownia or Cedar so you’re left with a lightweight board, just keep it between 5-6mm thick. Plywood is an excellent choice for a quick and easy deck skin.

We strongly advise you seal your board using fibreglass or something similar; such as Bamboo or Flax cloth if you intend to use it on the water.

If you want it to be a display piece then varnish that sucker and call it a day.

It depends on how experienced you are and how thick your fill coats go down. Generally, we suggest getting a 4-5 litre kit as this will be plenty and allow for extra sand coats if you burn through when cutting back.

SHOPPING INFORMATION

Delivery times vary, however, most standard deliveries occur within 8-13 days with most express deliveries arriving within 4-7 days.

We require 24-48 hours to process your orders. Although, usually our processing is much faster than this.

Once payment is received we will pick your order and package it to the specified configuration before booking it in for collection. We will then provide you with the tracking information so you can keep an eye out for its arrival.

Yes, you will receive an email with your invoice attached, as well as a copy in your package.

Yes we do. Depending on how busy we are lead times can be upwards of 6 weeks. If you want something different get in touch via our contact page and let’s get talking.

PAYMENTS & RETURNS INFORMATION

Currently we only accept payment made via PayPal as this offers the best protection for both you and us, as well as making it possible for you to pay in your selected currency.

Contact us right away and we will come up with the best solution. On the off chance you have been supplied with the wrong item we will send you a replacement free of charge.

If your order is still labelled as “processing” you can change or cancel your order. Just get in touch and let us know your order number and what it is you want to do.

If your order has been marked as complete, unfortunately, we cannot change the order as it is already collected by the courier.

You are eligible for a refund if your item is in its original state, it has not yet been assembled and you follow the below criteria:

– Return shipping cost is covered by you.
– Refund price does not include any shipping costs.*
– Return freight must be within 30 days.

* Shipping costs may be higher than the price you initially paid as some items are subsidized.
