What’s Included
Our DIY kits are available in two configurations with a number of optional add-ons allowing you to tailor the kit to what you need.
#1 Just The Frame
This option is for those who will be supplying thier own timber for the deckskins and rails and just want the Laser Cut Frame.
Included with this kit is
- laser cut paulownia frame kit
- laser cut rail guide to assist in shaping
- 1:1 paper template of deck outline
- leash plug
- vent plug
#2 Fully Decked
This option includes all the wooden components required to build your wooden board, all you need to supply is the tools, glue and fibreglassing
Included with this kit is
- laser cut frame kit
- laser cut rail guide to assist in shaping
- 1:1 paper template of deck outline
- paulownia deck skin pack (300x6mm boards)
- paulownia rail pack
(with cork or ply fornose/tail section) - leash plug black
- vent plug (screw type)
- Digital copy of 76 page build guide
(optional) Add-Ons
These add-ons help during the construction of the board.
- Rocker Table (recommended)
Used to ensure perfect deck skin glue-ups every time by precisely holding the bottom skin in the correct position & matching any concave or ‘V’ of the chosen board while you glue the frame in place. - Fin Plugs
For those who want to use a removable fin set-up instead of a glass on fin setup.

Such a good value product. Everything arrived to the UK in perfect packaging with not even scuff and in such quick time! The wood is so nice to work with and the deck skins had been very well machined. Thought the online guide was difficult to make sense of but didn’t see all the videos available as I was using a phone instead of laptop. I can see how this kit would be great for all experience levels as its unique but not overly difficult. Quicker with power tools but you don’t even need them.
Can’t recommend this enough, especially with how cheap it is!
